Thursday, November 14th

Hey guys,

So this one will be more text than anything, but a few updates on my goals.

Hateya and I have been visiting the dog park everyday this week. Her recall has become slightly better, and I also realized that if I am moving locations she will continue to come say "hi" in order to make sure she knows where I am. When she becomes overly distracted she sort of panics until she locates me. Insecurities like that are good. Her "pack" behavior has gotten a bit better, and after running off some energy she is much more focused to follow commands. I am excited to say I am teaching her to jump on things and run through tunnels. this is a good thing because for a long time she refused to do either. Progress :)

As for Health, I am a little frustrated because my counselor told me that my body type having a "flat stomach" is going to be unrealistic. I believe it isn't and have decided to use this frustration as a motivation. I also downloaded free APP's to help me. They are as follows:

MyPlate: from livestrong.com tracks caloric intake, goal, depletion (from exercise), and water. good to know where I am/need to be.

See Me Get Fit: allows me to track my progress in Photographs, so I will be taking on every month including body weight

Fleetly: This is the on eI am most excited about. You can accept challenges (i.e. a pull-up in 30 days) and it already has a program you follow to accomplish this goal. You get points for weight lost, goals achieved, and completed excercises.

WomensHealth Hot Body Yoga: I haven't started but has complete routines based on levels

AB Motivate Free: is my second favorite. It has complete circuits, based no level, and I want to use the free one enough before investing on the "pro"

Abs: is very similar, but different variety of circuits

Daily Quote: I am following this each day as well in order to help me stay focused and determined.

"Most of our obstacles would melt away if, instead of cowering before them, we should make up our minds and walk boldly through them" - Orison Swett Marden

Well, thats All folks ;)

Going to watch a movie on netflix and stretch/yoga (simply cause it sounds like a good idea)

Love you all!!!

182 Days!!!

So, if you are reading this you probably watched my video explaining why and when I will be moving back to Alaska...

Goal's that I must accomplish before May 10th 2014! in just 182 Days...

1) Train Hateya (huh-tey-a) to recall even while she is chasing something that she finds VERY interesting. Other behavioral mishaps entail jumping on people, and consistent barking (Sometimes)

2) Build my self-confidence!!!

3) Become healthy and thin in order to full fill a promise I made to myself.

Today I am only going to write statistics for Goal #3.

I won't post a picture of how I look currently until it can be compared to how I am going to look. However, here are my measurements:

Weight: 188
Height: 5'5"
Neck: 15"
Bicep: 15.25"
Chest: 45.25"
Waist: 42.75"
Hips: 46"
Thigh: 24"

I will write about the following once a week: Hateya's Progress, Activities I'll be doing to boost my confidence, and my Health progress.

I want to THANK YOU for taking time to support me, read this, or help in anyway. If you want to know about what happened to my horses, read the post titled "This is the Meaning of Amazing Grace to me.." and please do so knowing that even if it isn't told the best, I couldn't see the screen to read it that well because sharing my story was difficult, but feel free if you want to know =)
